Charlette's Collection Return Policy

At Charlette's Collection, all sales are final unless the products are defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or store credit.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges or store credit are available only within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Please return the item the way you received it, in its original packaging.
  • You will receive an email with store credit.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
  • Exchanges may take up to 14 days to process; please be patient.

All custom products are final sale. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@charlettescollection.com.

If your product is lost during shipment, please contact the shipping company directly. Once the shipping label is created, we are unable to cancel the order.

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility and products that are marked as delivered but are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of the processing facility (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS). Charlette's Collection is not obligated to handle such issues.
